Deposit/Payment/Refund Policy

Please reach out to discuss our rates, availability and how we can best accommodate your group. Below is a summary of our rate structure:

During the Pheasant Season, we require a 6-person minimum (or pay for 6)
Rates fluctuate throughout the year:
- Pheasant Season: October - December 15th
- Pheasant Season: December 16th - January 31st
- Early Fall/Spring Waterfowl
- Fishing
- General Use
A security deposit is required to reserve your stay.
All payments are to be made via credit card or Venmo.
Applicable state taxes will be added.

Cancellations before July 1st will receive 100% refund of their deposit. If you choose to cancel after July 1st, your deposit is non-refundable unless a replacement is booked.

*The lodge is available in the off season for general use as well. Please call us for discounted rates for your private family gathering.
